Restless Tara

Tara only nap once in the day, so usually by about 9 plus 10 at night, she would feel sleepy and less active.

But don't know what's wrong last night, she was so restless, we tried to let her sleep but she kept climbing down the bed and was running around the room. And I was so tired yesterday, all I want to do was sleep but this little devil refused to cooperate. I tried to sing to her, hoping to lull her to sleep but she stood up and start dancing instead. So I might as well sing the theme song for Hi-5, hoping she will get tired from all the vigorous dancing and go to sleep soon. I think I sang like 5 times of Hi-5 and yet, she was still super active.

Exasperated, Bob off the TV and all the lights and pretend to sleep. Tara didn't care and continue to jump on the bed and doing "free fall". She even hit her head on my ribs, hard! It was so painful, I thought my ribs broke.

Finally, we saw her rubbing her eyes and thought, yeah, she would sleep soon. She lie down on the bed, holding on to her hanky and sucking her thumb. And we thought, peace, finally.

Not for long though..

She started to snore, I mean, she imitated snoring sounds and went "kkkkkkkkk". I shaked my head, and tried to stifle a giggle. After that, she went "wa-oh-wa-oh-wa-oh-wa-oh" and making all sorts of funny sounds.

Haiz...
